<p>Cornell and the NCAA promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, or discriminatory comments on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other characteristic or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. The use of artificial noisemakers is prohibited. Also, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products is prohibited. </p>

<p>Your tickets to Cornell Athletics events are revocable contracts. If the holders conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, staff or other patrons, management reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises or disallow entry. </p>
<p>All tickets are subject to availability and all sales are final. Except in the case of event cancellation, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. <br></p>
<p>In the case of event cancellation or postponement, the End Customer shall be entitled to return the Tickets and shall be entitled to a refund for the price of the Ticket less any processing fees. Tickets to events that are played, even in the case of inclement weather, are not eligible for refund or exchange. <br></p>
<p>Unless indicated otherwise, ticket prices include all applicable taxes.</p>
